  I won this item in auction for $10.50 + $9.29 in shipping. I paid for the item immediately & within 30 minutes this seller refunded my payment saying that they had a problem with my shipping address . I buy all kinds of items from EBAY weekly & have never had a shipping address problem. I went to see the sellers items list- they resisted the new auction at $25+$2.29shipping. I DO NOT recommend this seller. They do people dirty. I have ss to prove their re-listing.
