    While this seller was friendly and I think tried hard, the experience was not great. The item unfortunately is faulty and unusable, despite the description saying it was tested. It powers on, but has an error message when attempting to play DVDs. This was after receiving the item late, not receiving a shipping update and the description not mentioning that the item did not include a power cord (which we then had to purchase separately on our own for an unusable product).
