    I bought the item as New. Received item that had been used gently. Contacted seller with pictures and at first he was quick to reply. But then when I replied to his question of how I felt we could remedy the issue, I never heard back even after following up. My suggestion was a partial refund for something that was used when it was supposed to be new. I felt I was fair and was looking for his feedback.
