I considered giving this seller a neutral or negative rating for shipping my book with no protection whatsoever (there seem to be very few sellers who actually care if their customer’s items arrive undamaged), but I’d have to wait seven days to do so, and, frankly, I just want to move on. This seller is definitely on my “don’t buy from again” list, though.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the condition of your book. I have shipped lots of books in the mylar shipping envelope with never an issue. I do care about my customers and making sure the items purchased are in perfect condition. If there is anything you'd like me to do, please let me know.
