  Seller's listings show that they are in the U.S.; however, after purchase seller advises that the shoes are shipped from another country and have to go through customs. I waited over a week and no word, so upon checking seller advises there was an issue at customs and would I like to try to get another pair sent to me. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, which the seller finally did.
