    They unilaterally canceled the transaction more than ten days after payment. They didn't discuss or communicate with me during this time.

    Due to some urgent issues, I was forced to fully refund the money and cancel the transaction. I could not ship the package and I did not want the buyer to think I was using their money improperly. I explained the buyer that as soon as I am able to ship the package (early September), we will redo the transaction at the same cost. If they had left me neutral feedback, I would not have said anything. However, I believe negative feedback is an overreaction given the situation.
