    Item was damaged and scratched which was NOT photographed, an issue that could not be identified until parcel was opened. Was consistently advised to wait for replacement lids at a later date, I explained that theres a time limit to rectify returns before it’s too late. But kept receiving replies that it was a minor issue that could be resolved by seller at a later date (not what I wanted!) was informed numerous times that seller was a worker! And eBay was just a hobby(buying unimportant!)
