Initially I had a query about the ties condition which the seller responded to within the hour. The postage was free so that is always a positive. Perhaps more importantly, the turnaround from order to final delivery was just a few days - very efficient. Most pleasing, however, was the immaculate condition of the tie even though it had been used. My compliments to the seller.
