    The package arrived on time, as stated. The packaging was surprising for a new, unused product - contained in a box stating it held 40 Christmas cards! Although the cost was relatively low, it's disappointing that there's no return policy. The product was as described but I didn't like it - no reflection on the seller!

    I’m sorry that you didn’t like the packaging. These beanies do not come in a box or bag when you buy them new in the shop so I used a recycled box to protect the beanie in the post so that the tag didn’t get bent or creased.
