    On first inspectiom the shoes are in really good condition, however, though it was mentioned that the insoles were damaged, but they completely disintergrated after one wear. A little disappointed.

    Interestingly it took you 6 weeks to leave this neutral feedback? If an item is not as it should be then a simple message to me and it would have been resolved immediately. But I know these shoes were absolutely as described and in very good condition when I dispatched them to you.
