I had a good shopping experience. Originally the computer had a problem, it was a refurbished HP Specter x360 16 2022 whose screen did not turn on, but it did display an image when connected to a monitor. They were very understanding about the problem and offered me a refund or an exchange for another one. I returned it and they quickly sent me another one without defects.
