  Disk received in in sealed factory ESD shielded bag and packaging. Outer shipping box was in tough shape upon arrival. Unit was dead on arrival and would not spin up. I would give zero stars if it were an option. No returns were specified by the seller, so I guess I am stuck with this paper weight. Buyer beware. Should have gone the Amazon route for a few bucks more.
