    Seller set up listings to require immediate payment, and I bought 3 items. Stated that she would refund me the shipping overage as I paid nearly $30, but it only cost $10 to ship. I agreed, but then seller stopped replying to me completely and did not refund the overage. She now will not respond to my messages. I have no choice but to open a case to receive the refund.

    Combined shipping was offered, adjusted cost was communicated, and partial refund was issued. Seller sent a string of abusive messages because I did not reply within 24hrs.
