  Several weeks after purchasing item I got a request from ebay asking for a review. It had been about a month since purchase so I sent this message: "I never received this item. Ebay is asking me to review an item I've never received. I'm requesting a refund. If I don't receive a refund within one week or a believable explanation for the delay I will report this as a scam to Ebay." Seller sent two messages. First said it was was arriving late. The second included insults.
