An overview of upgrades, but no be-all end-all.
A lot of specific information like what types of products to use to wash your car to what are the differences between different individual types of suspension, tire, etc. upgrades. This is not a good book to instruct you through step-by-step installation of any such products, just advice on which ones you might want to get, depending on your driving habits, etc.
