Unfortunately I received the wrong bag, was very disappointed but was hoping the seller would help, he didn't and didn't bother replying to my messages either, not a good way to treat your customers. I'm now stuck with a bag I don't like.

temp postman messed up 2 parcels Other buyer was great about it and would have loved the bag, and returned the bag they received ready to send.
I asked this person to return the bag after they opened an Ebay case, so they had a return label they refused to use. THEY closed the ebay case, robbing me of a £25 bag and they still leave this black FB
