    Item was advertised as new. When I received it the box was an opened box item, and the front of the switch plate showed signs of wear . It was apparent this item was not new although it was advertised as such. Unfortunately the seller does not accept returns. Since the item was advertised as new but showed signs of wear I would not do business with her again.
