  Disappointed and frustrated - on the surface a friendly and communicative seller, however after 7 weeks of excuses (busy with other work, family bereavement, left to assistant to post, GSP lost the parcel) and no evidence of the item ever existing or being shipped (tracking number showed not even collected) I had to conclude that I was never going to receive the trim set. Others have left good feedback, so presumably they have received good service. I did not, so I cannot recommend.

  I'm sorry you feel like that. We had many things that went wrong which I kept you informed about, the item was indeed posted and lost, tracking details are out of our control and if ebay or Royal Mail don't update then there's nothing I can do. I offered to make you a replacement set which you said Ok to, so i started to make that. Despite this you decided to cancel the order through Ebay, so what else can I do. Everything i told you was true and sometimes out of my control. Disapointed also.
