  9/21/25 received delivery of Biometric Fingerprint safe Stated item new and factory sealed box (?). Did not find that to be true. Old delivery label (?) cut out of box, box retaped… No paperwork or operating instructions included in box……. Blank thank you card thrown in box, nothing written on it….. Delivered lock box was defective, could not program. Opened case with eBay for refund. Seller not bother to respond in allotted time frame. After few days, seller offered 50% refund of purchase price
