  Purchased item as brand new, asked for pictures of the item before I purchased it, she said she’s taken them but never sent them to me. I’ve contacted them multiple times And have no response. I’d say definitely one of the worst sellers I’ve come across. Don’t expect to get an answer from them. This item was bought as a birthday gift sadly I’ve had to replace the item with something else as the item clearly isn’t brand new with a big rip down it and the seals all hanging off
