    This seller was late in sending the item. They apologised so that was totally fine but then they sent the wrong item. The communication was slow so I requested a refund through eBay. They contacted me and asked me to close the refund request so they could refund me directly. I did this but I’ve not received a refund so have had to contact eBay again. Very disappointing.

MY dog loves it - vet told me never to use tennis balls as they erode the dogs teeth acing like emery board against the teeth as they collect dirt - these are a fabulous alternative. and much harder wearing
