  I would have rated this item 5 stars as the item itself works as described by the manufacturer. However, when I opened the item and tried to charge the battery, it would not charge. I contacted the seller and tried to give them the opportunity to make this right, but they just referred me to Hart, which I did and Hart replaced the battery. I would probably not make a purchase from this seller again, even though technically it was not their fault since the package was unopened.
