    The item was physically in great condition. However this unit would not allow the WiFi to connect to my Sleep Number app. I reconnected my old pump to ensure it wasn’t an issue on my end, but once I tried to connect with my WiFi with the old unit I was successful. I don’t fault/blame the seller in any way since the only way to test this feature would have been to try and connect it to WiFi prior to selling it. I would 100% buy from this seller again.
