    Positive because I got exactly what I ordered, HOWEVER I think customers should know that this item ships from an Amazon warehouse AND it's about $10 cheaper if you order it directly from Amazon. Also, I made a mistake in thinking this was a GOPURE neck tightening cream. It is not. It's an off brand. Packing is almost identical, so buyer beware. Again, it's positive because I got exactly what I ordered and it shipped quickly, but there were some surprise because I didn't pay attention to details
