    Figure arrived fine, but the box was badly damaged. Listing photos showed it in excellent condition. Shipping was slow and packaging was poor. Communication was also kind of poor as well. Delivery came in a few days after the supposed date. Other than that the figure wasn’t damaged.

    Really leaving neutral feedback for shipping issues we can't control. Purchased Nov 2nd after mail hours, asked us to cancel after accepting our counter offer 3 hours later cuz he found it cheaper. Shipped Nov 3rd, delayed in omaha for 4 days(not our fault). As with all our packages, we write Handle with care, Do Not Machine and put fragile stickers on the label itself so they can't be missed. We offered Full refund (even though it's not our fault), he refused. You just can't please some people
