  Awful experience. Seller couldn't find item then proceeded to explain how they always cancel purchases, very bad practice and doesn't abide by eBay policies.

  I am moving house. I have many items boxed up. I reduced the asking price £0.99p. I was going to a work event in another town for a couple of days. I explained that if I can’t send it in time, we should cancel and I would send it for free once I find it..Maybe something was misunderstood, because the buyer started to become untrusting.As I promised I sent the buyer the item for free and sent two items instead of one.Royal Mail Tracking Number TN091903158GBBuyer should learn to be nicer.
