  Ran into trouble trying to find out how to enter the key code. The seller was great helping me to try to resolve the trouble, but no joy. I decided to call Norton and spent 2 hours with Norton support and Norton could not resiolve the problem. He had me delete Noton on my machine, At that point I decided to switch to AVAST, I most likely stay with AVAST. This was not a seller issue even though the seller was very supportive.
