This seller does not answer email I ordered the wrong size fittings by mistake and in less than 10 minutes canceled the order. The seller ignored me on several requests to cancel, instead sent me the item I cannot use anyway. After another attempt to return the item I get this notice saying I cannot cancel my order. This is a pretty bad way of doing business when all they had to do in the beginning was to cancel the order because there was no way they had already mailed the item.
