    I tried to work out a return with the seller because the velum roll he sent me was wrinkled and water damaged. He never accepted the return request and I had to contact eBay to step in and help. This seller isn’t a serious seller. They have no customer service sense whatsoever. I don’t usually like leaving bad feedback but this just feels great especially considering how many times I actually reached out to this guy politely and was responded to combatively and unprofessionally.
