  Item arrived today and was well packaged. The bag is a lovely tan and cream colour. Quilting is a different feature. Small bag but big enough for essentials.   We didn't receive any communication from you, so we were unaware of it being late. I have read other reviews of the same situation where the buyer messages but the seller doesn't receive the message. If we were aware of it being late we would have chased the courier company up like we usually do. So sorry for your bad experience.
