    Seller was polite when I had contacted them and accepted my offer, they even contacted me to make sure I knew this Laptop came without a Hard Drive. The Laptop was well packaged. Shipment took a little bit longer than it probably should've but the seller had explained the reason why. The only problem was that It was a little bit worse for wear than It was described as being, some of it may have been from shipping.
