I lost my son, Tanner, Sept.30, 2022 during Hurricane Ian. He hydroplaned on the way home from work and wrecked his car only 1 mile from home. Knitting, sewing and making things is therapy for me and helps to distract me from the hurt. All money made from Ebay is used to support a charity in his name. Last year I donated 267 knitted hats to homeless people, soldiers and people at domestic abuse centers. I made 57 dresses for girls at the domestic abuse shelters with their moms. This year I hope to increase those numbers and to create a scholarship for an auto mechanic at my local community college. Tanner was 25 and an auto mechanic when he died.
