    I have both versions, the Mongoose and now this DGP version of the Starship Operator's manual. I find this GDP version much better in layout & the 'Old Timer' stories. The shipping through USPS arrived 2 days early - YAH! Learn Great Chinese Cooking Skills
Great book includes many easy to follow reciepts and techniques. It also details a great equipment list for Chinese cooking. I first fell in love with the book in the 70's, but lost my copy. I was so happy to find it again.
