Without any communication, I received a packet of seeds rather than the bareroot plant ordered. When I contacted seller, refund was issued immediately but I think the seller should have contacted me when they realized they couldnt fulfil the order. A packet of seeds with a second class stamp hardly equals a bareroot plant and the postage charged.
