    This buyer did not even contact me and tell me there was a problem at all just automatically give me negative feedback so I contact the buyer and throughout several communications. I ended up refunding the purchase 100% and in return asking for them to retract the negative feedback they left me. They gladly took the money, but they left the feedback that's unacceptable. That was part of our arrangement giving him 100% money back should get the retraction that was the whole purpose on refunding
