  Item arrived fairly quickly and the packaging was fairly good for most of the model. It was pretty poor for the legs though, which arrived broken into several pieces. It took me quite a bit of time to be able to get it fixed, and had I realized how hard it was going to be I wouldn't have even tried and just went straight for a return and refund. I did get if fixed though, and besides that everything else was a pleasant experience.
