The article was even more impressive than the photos and description conveyed. Unbelievable well packaged, and delivered completely undamaged. There where delicate and irreplaceable item as part of the shipment and they were completely undamaged. The seller even included a note inquiring as to the status of the goods. That shows real dedication. This was a wonderful and seamless experience.

When I bid on this clock I knew that it needed work on the mainspring. What I WASN'T told about was that the time set winder was missing - or that it was so rusty that it looked as if it had been stored underwater! They say that the burned finger learns fastest. I'm learning faster and faster.

We only learned of the buyers unhappiness through this review. We apologised immediately and held our hands up to not being clock experts. We offered free collection, a full refund, a partial refund, or anything else we could do to help. Had the buyer contacted us before the purchase, we would have answered ANY questions he had about the piece. We were and are prepared to rectify in any way possible. But the buyer has chosen not to speak with us and only to leave an unfavourable review.
