About us

Unlike many who sell 'Terre Vernissée', the name of this pottery, I am an expert, one of few in the United States who is known in France and the U.S. for this knowledge,. I have made private collections for many people throughout the U.S., France, and Canada. As an appraiser, I am the one person used as I can tell with a glass: age, authenticity, region, and if it a faux. This comes from my being American. Possibly the only American, who went into the France Sauvage (the interior of France) to learn the history of all aspects of this pottery. As well, I have the largest, rarest collection in the U.S. and one of the top in France. My other profession is being an EMMY award Casting Director for ABC. Television and French Utilitarian Pottery? I certainly am not a conventional Fellow.
