Alas no fault to the seller who was excellent, but the delivery company broke the shades with damage to the glass droplets. Seller was apologetic and happily refunded part of the cost. Unfortunately, the item had sustained minor damage in transit, despite the fact the seller had packaged and protected the item as fully as possible. When contacted, the seller was tremendously understanding and offered a refund on return or partial refund to cover repairs. Communication was excellent throughout.
