Finally decided to help my husband (stefond-0) with trying to find good homes for my late Father's many collections. Starting with stamps but planning to get to other ephemera such as postcards, cigarette cards, baseball cards...there's a lot. Also, books. Maybe Pan Am paraphernalia if we decide not to donate it. Technically he was a dealer but I'm pretty sure he liked the collecting part far better than the selling part!

    Hello Ian. Thank you for letting me know that the stamp finally arrived. I hate to say it, but four weeks is not the worse delivery date that I have encountered recently. As for the cancelation. my husband is currently posted overseas, but we return home in a month. The US Postal Service just raised rates. Perhaps that will result in improved delivery times? Elisabeth
