  Terrible communication. 3 days delivery terms, but arrived after 10 and several emails from me to prompt. Typical response time 2days. Received chairs but ‘reupholstery’ is shockingly bad. I needed these in a hurry and have huge time constraints. Asked to return, no repose for 2 days. Now ignores my complaints and offers return. I have to cut my losses as don’t have time for this. Ask to see anything you buy in detail with pics. Underside of chairs etc. I think a toddler was given a staple gun!

  My response time should have been better and fell below our usual standard — my apologies. Unfortunately, it was a particularly busy period for us. Upholstery: I understand that you are completely happy with the chairs apart from one aspect: the finishing on the underside of the seat. I hope this isn’t too much of an issue, as it is never visible when the chairs are in use — only when turned upside down and inspected closely. Thank you. Paul.
