I purchased this item and contacted the seller twice to inquire about shipment. I never heard back. Finally, after the item was supposed to arrive I took my grievance to ebay, and was issued a refund. I have no idea why the top never shipped. Rude to never contact me to apologies or explain.

Unfortunately I found a flaw in the jacket while packaging it. I messaged this buyer with an explanation and an apology, and gave them the option to cancel the order, or continue the purchase with a partial refund because of the flaw. This buyer never responded, so I cancelled the order.
