The set of 4 teacups and saucers was described as used but having no cracks or chips. Unfortunately one of the teacups had multiple cracks. The items were very well packaged so I can only imagine this damage was present before being posted. I sent a message to the seller immediately about this and it has been a week since and there has been no reply.
