One of the great modern songwriters
Responsible for some of the best modern hit singles from Duffy, Adele and James Morrison. This is Eg's first solo album before all his lucrative collaborations. Infused with melancholic themes and a knack for introspective lyrics, this guy can change the way you think. He's also half of the duo Eg and Alice, responsible for one of the best albums of the 90's; 24 Years of Hunger. Find it. Buy it. Hold onto it.
