  This seller continuously rejected my offers on his products (even offers that were over the actual value of the item.) And when I tried to purchase the item as-is, the seller accepted my purchase but never shipped the item. When confronted, he said he had sent it, but then said he no longer had the exact item I purchased. I asked him to simply refund me. I received only a partial refund, and he still has not given me a full refund. The whole experience with him has been annoying.
