Basement Remodel
This was the perfect choice for my half bath located in my basement. This item was purchased at a reasonable price and professional installation was a breeze. It took 2 days to complete in an unfinished basement and had passed inspection before the week was out. The only concern was the sound of the pump which was mitigated by placing it behind the sheet-rock, using the extension that comes in this kit and using audio proof insulation.
