6ft Freestanding punchbag
Honestly didn't think it would be this good! Very sceptical when it comes to freestanding punchbags as I thought it would be too easy to knock over and would be of cheap quality compared to the traditional hanging bag however I am quite impressed. I weigh about 15 stones and it can take my punches as long as I don't run and throw a circus punch (which isn't boxing) I have only filled the base up with water and only 3 quarters full and it's fine, Imagine if I filled it up with sand!
