Item was suddenly cancelled stating the reason that something was wrong with my address (a single family home in a major city), which is not valid or accurate. I have purchased many items, even on the same day from other sellers with no issue. Zero communication from the seller and no explanation.

  Seller canceled item after the notification said it was shipped, the seller did give a full refund but never replied to the question of why it was canceled to begin with. This is the 1st time I've encountered this issue with an ebay seller or product over the last 5 years. It was an inconvenience but not a major problem.

  Although listed as new, the box is open and seal broken. This was shown in the picture so I knew I was taking a chance. The box was in rough condition. One of the pumps had residue on it. I believe this product was actually used which is disappointing because it’s important for the product to be clean and sterile for the baby. I will clean and sterilize it myself.
