SELLER DID NOT HONOUR SALE. Seller accepted my offer and accepted a £220 payment on a valuable antique. Four days after purchase seller cancels order. Seller claims they cannot locate a very large, very heavy, very valuable, magnificent Staffordshire flatback ceramic at their place of business. If I had paid at a real life auction my purchase would be legally upheld. I think there should be a Financial Disincentive so Sellers cannot treat genuine buyers in this way! e-bay loophole!

Upsetting dealing with passive aggressive buyer. Sadly small value £200,12 inch tall, 2kg Staffordshire figurine could not be found. Sometimes these things happen most genuine people understand this.Buyer was offered higher value alternative and given full refund but choose to be vindictive and malicious, making obscured claims regarding nature of genuine mishap.This is not actions of genuine refunded buyer.
