    Item had been working perfectly prior to this sale. Buyer did not reach out to me to tell me that there were any issues. I’d have accepted a return, or most likely, just refunded the buyer. I messaged the buyer asking them to let me know what the issue was. I explained that if this item was damaged, they could return it or I’d be happy to refund. Buyer did not reply after my multiple messages. Buyer ignored me and left a negative feedback. Frustrating to deal with customers like this.
